Converse opened its first West Coast flagship store in Santa Monica, California. The Customization Experience might prove interesting. Converse has opened its first West Coast flagship store at Santa Monica, California’s The Promenade. The location— which opened its doors Saturday, February 11 and boasts a 7,000-square-feet retail experience— marks the third Converse store to open in the United States. The store is also touting a “customization station,” where shoppers can screen print shoes, apparel and accessories, according to a Santa Monica Patch story.
