While 2015 is still on the horizon, French artist Nils Guadagnin has recreated the hoverboard from Back to the Future II. While we wait for Nike inevitably to release the McFly's in 2015, the hoverboard brings back nostalgic memories of what could be possible in the future. The board floats through simple electromagnetism, the clever part of the design seems to be a laser stabilization system that, dynamically adjusts the magnets to keep the board afloat under duress.
