Dunk Sample Black / Black

Here is a look at a sample premium dunk SB that seemed to slip out of production. A basic black / black colorway bears a fair resemblance to something of the NERD colorway. Although there is no story behind these other than a skate shoe to shred, these are currently on eBay of the range of $900 duckets. Check out pics after le jump.

why is everything black on black or black on grey or black on white. the dudes at nike sb are slackin. look back they realesed the venoms then re realesed them and then made the grip tape mids then re realesed them then made them again with red accents and then the dunk low realese then realesed again. And there was black and white and black and grey blazers.

i'm so glad i'm not on the same page as most of you folks. i think these are money. you can't go wrong with a full-grain leather upper, all black upper with a white mid-sole. and the spot of red on these is nice.

and the reason for the Venom's and grip tape mids being re-released is very simple and i would think that any "real shoe head" would know this: they are general releases with large amounts of re-stock, sort of like all white AF1's. there are people out there like me that want to be able to get the basic classic colorways without fags buying them all up and re-selling them for way too much. they do this to keep the real heads, the simplistic heads, happy.

yeah but its like you are just realesing the same stuff over and over again. what makes nike sb so popular is that its exclusive and not everyone can go to a foot locker or places like that and pick up the same thing as everyone else. Thats why they made 6.0 so that you can get these pretty much anywhere for a low price and never worry about them selling out. Nike SB is one of a kind for a reason it supposed to be exclusive not run of the mill.

wow these are fucking bomb how can you hate. cleary designed for an everyday skate shoe. black, goes with anything your wearing, which is why sb keeps rereleasing the basic color ways, for people who actually skate sbs, so they dont have to be skatin around in a pair of all gold dunk his or some shit,

to all the people saying they are re-releasing the black and white dunks they are called a "base" shoe for the shops they can restock whenever they want because they are meant for the kids who skate they are always available not over priced and easily restocked its what every other company does look at vans there are times when you can only by teal authentics for a couple months but they will consistantly have blue black etc in stock its Nike SB being a smart business not a sell out

Yea they are for skating I wouldn't skate my koston hi tops when I could skate venoms destroy them and be able to get them again. It makes sense and old Sbs(2002) were mad simple colorways.

yea nike sb was made for skateboarding but i would bet any amount of money that most of the people who rock sbs are not for skateboarding purposes but for the simple fact of a collectable sneaker. If it wasnt a collectable sneaker then there wouldnt be kicks like the tiffanys and supremes that go for upwards of 800 dollars. I skated my whole life and yeah its a great skate shoe but the nike sb market is based to collectors not skateboarders if that were the case they wouldnt have quick strikes and hyper strikes and limited realses. And all the skateboarders liked the thin tongue but collectors didn't and now they are bringing back the fat tongue because they no the market for sbs is not to skateboarders as much as it is for collectors.
