Joel Hirsh, your picture is not of a back tail, it’s you on some rocks posing. As far as fat tongues go, all the photos of thin tongues are of samples, the Halo’s had pics of thin tongues early then had regular tongues, everyone is crapping themselves about the tongues and yr all flipping over samples. these probably are pretty good to skate in. but for me skate shoes are 50/50 with the style – skatability ratio. it seems that the uglier the shoe, the better for skating they seem to be. but it is also about style cuz i hate people who wear ugly as fat osirises.
