Thought it should happen, so here it is. I wanted to make a thread for all the NSB kids that's about lifting/nutrition/working out/anything.
Any supplements you take or what you eat, techniques, you get the idea.

I'll start.
I just finally finished doing physical therapy for my shoulder so I can finally lift upper body again.
I take Optimum Nutrition protein thats all natural and has like 28 gs of protein per serving, plus it mixes well. I take green tea extract, green coffee bean extract, fish oil, orange triad, garlic, and cycle on and off creatine every once in a while. Pumped to lift tomorrow haha

but i dig this thread idea although i dont really take any supplements or protein or whatever.

anyway im maxing this week during finals so im not doing my normal routine.
dead lifted 385 last friday, benched 275 sunday and im shooting for 350 on squat tomorrow...tryna get back to where i used to be

damn cm you a beast! lol i admit i was a little bitch when i started lifting and avoided deadlifts, squats etc. cuz i was scared of fucking up my back but now i added those along with more compound movements and starting off with light weight to get the form right.

but anyways right now im using these supplements

- dymatize all natural whey protein
-dextrose (only for post workout with whey),
-fish oil and opti-men vitamin
-creatine monohydrate
-if im feeling really shitty in the morning i'll take a preworkout which is amiNo energy. not really necessary but i like it cuz i doesn't make me crash at the end of the day and its a green tea extract.

oh btw i use to be a runner/endurance training kinda guy so mostly did body weight exercises and eventually worked my way into weights. my main goal is to put on more mass so im counting my macros daily to get there. i work out each muscle group about twice per week (push/pull day routine).

I finally lifted upper body for the first time in like 3 months since I hurt my shoulder. Damn I got weak. I was benching like 190 like 3 times but now I can barely do 135. It's gonna take a while to get back. Can't wait to lift everyday over summer/once schools out

took C4 for the first time today cuz my buddy had some extra. i didnt really like it but I was aimming to squat around 350. ended up getting 385. dont know if the c4 helped at all but regardless im happy

^ Damn thats solid I'm 6'2" and weigh like 175-180. I can't squat worth shit maybe like 300 haha
