im 6'4 180 i longboard 4 miles a day every day i also practice tae kwon doe 3 nights a week, no specific schedule but that keeps me in good shape

Is it bad for your heart to take preworkout and not lift? i.e. running and cardio

What kind of pre workout? Nitric oxide? Stimulants? You shouldn't have a problem with it but be cautious not to over do it.

What are ya'll goals?

By the end of the summer I hope to gain about 7-8 lbs of lean muscle. Along with getting back on the bike to bump up the mileage. Not looking/hoping for extreme results. Just moderate strength gains.
