Omar Salazar’s introduction in to the line of Nike’s current roster Pro Model SB’s is set for release in March 2010. The picture above is what they look like in person when Salazar was at Back to the Berg. We saw pictures surface late in April, we also now have a shot of a different colorway and picture of the sneakers sole after the jump.
Lame. Those shoes aren’t ok. I like Omar a lot, but damn. No go.

im so with Ert on this one. These look amazing as hell. I’m already enjoying the janoskis alot (gonna buy another pair to shred in once i get a summer job), and im so looking forward to skating these next year.
the swoosh is kinda weird, it reminds me more of jordans than SBs. not too keen on these to be honest…

Ugliest SB model yet. Not diggin’ them at all. Too many things I don’t like about them. Decal around the swoosh is wack, strap thing is ugly, toe area is ugly, sole is hella thick and plain, swoosh looks like a thin plastic material. I don’t mind the shape of the shoe overall (I like the HalfCab look), but some of the details need to be worked out.

and i don’t agree with Drew E. the shoes aren’t that bad looking to say they’re the ugliest SBs yet. i think the ECUEs are a far worse design than these.

I always thought that the ecue was a nice shoe. At least Nike tried to integrate some sort of progressive skate functionality into it, these have nothing special going for them. They look cheap and clunky, the ecue was smooth and tech.
