Finally we can give you a detailed look at one of the October 2009 Nike SB Quickstrikes – the Todd Bratrud designed “Brain Wreck” Nike SB Dunk Hi Premium. The shoe will be released soon at Familia Skateshop in Minneapolis. They are organizing a launch event along with an art show for the release. The afterparty will be done in cooperation with Plain Ole Bill. They also made some goodies to go along with the Dunk Hi, such as a skate deck. The Dunk Hi comes in a grey suede colorway, matching grey leather Swoosh, Brain Wreck written over the heel and pink accents. Further details come on the lining and insole. Todd Bratrud, a long time collaborator with Nike SB and various skateboarding brands, the Bratfink t-shirt hit retailers today. The tee puts and end to the speculation of what has been buzzing as the Asparagus Dunk and its source, as it is an obvious tribute to Ratfink. The Bratfink (Asparagus) Dunks, are available at retailers now.

Here is a look at another collaboration with Nike SB and Todd Bratrud, who created Hazelnut / Cerise Price SB as well as the Send Help Dunk SB. These were displayed at the Debacle premier in Los Angeles, the inner padding features a woven brain pattern, look for these to release this Holiday 09 along with the Skate Mental line. From the feedback on the pictures that have surfaced these seem to be shaping up as one of the more sought after releases for the end of they year.
